UNISEAL

The UNISEAL coating system was specially developed for components that are fitted together with magnesium. Increased protection against galvanic corrosion is achieved.

The TL 194 for the c696 and c697 surfaces are met and the surfaces have been approved. The layer thickness is at least 12 µm.

With this process we guarantee against white corrosion for at least 200 hours and against red rust for at least 600 hours in the salt spray test according to DIN EN ISO 9227.

In accordance with c697, we offer the coating with a sealer that has an integrated lubricant.

Compared to other methods of corrosion protection – even from the area of zinc flake coatings – UNISEAL features a very good level of abrasion resistance. This ensures that the risk of damage to the coating during transportation, sorting and weighing as well as during final assembly is reduced considerably.

UNISEAL is particularly suitable for bulk articles, such as nuts, bolts, and many types of turned and punched parts.
